New Year Resolutions?

Have You made yours yet?
Did You Break them already?

Its not important that you stick to some arbitrary wish list
that you made in a drunken haze at a New Year party

I will lose weight/ stop smoking/ drink less alcohol/
give more to charity/ do more good deeds  this year

I haven’t started my New Year Resolutions yet!

All right I’ve started working towards some of them…
but I haven’t really started properly yet.
Its not important that you stick to some arbitrary wish list
that you made in a drunken haze at a New Year party
when you are dehydrated and tired, probably with a hangover
you are not in the best condition to make life changing decisions
Sometime around mid January I think is about
the best time to give some serious thought as to
what your goals are for the year ahead

Sometime about now!

So what is the best way to plan goals that you will stick to?
The answer to that question is simple
Choose something you will enjoy doing!
Choose something POSITIVE not negative
Make your 2013 goals something that you will enjoy
Rather than somewhat difficult and hard work
Instead of saying I will give up… or stop…
Say I am (a non smoker… a fit person…)
I am already a lighter, fitter person
I don’t smoke and I drink alcohol in moderation
I give to charity and do good deeds every day

New Year Resolutions?

Here is my thoughts for your New Year Resolutions

The path to success shakes off everyone who attempts it.

EXPECT SETBACKS!

The path to success shakes off everyone who attempts it.
Therefore, success is reserved only for those who climb back EVERY time.

Whatever your goals are this year I wish you every success in achieving them

And…

I will love to hear about your successes and the roadblocks you found on your way there

Have a Successful 2013
