This is Really Worth Reading… or Watching on Video!

Is there anything you want more of?
Is there anything you want better or different?

Will you be surprised to discover there is a secret technique used by many successful people
you might not realize just how powerful it can be in creating the life of your dreams.

I’m talking about being able to do, be and have anything and everything you want from life.
Whether it be financial abundance, or spiritual abundance or just plain ‘ole happiness.
This weird technique CAN be the ticket to making it all happen.
Today, I want to share with you a video that shows you how to use this technique to create the life of your dreams.
It’s by Jack Canfield, co-creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul and
featured expert in the hit film “The Secret.”
You can watch the video here:

In this f.r.e.e. video, Jack shares:
  • How holding on to past events and traumas is holding you back from creating the future you most desire…
(And how you can easily figure out and release what’s holding you back in your life)
  • The immediate results Jack experienced when he first tried EFT
  • Why you may not be getting the results you want with the Law of Attraction for a reason…

FAILURE! What are the benefits?

The first time I read that FAILURE was an essential part of any success story was
whilst reading my favourite book; Napoleon Hill’s classic work, Think and Grow Rich!

Napoleon uses the language of his time which can seam rather archaic in the 21st century

However, I was grateful to discover that one of the most successful writers of the
21st century also extols the virtue of making the most of failure

Is Happiness a Decision or a Destination?

If happiness is elusive to you; something that, despite your best efforts,
you just cannot find; then you are probably trying too hard to look for it,
like searching for a unique  path through a forbidden forest?

At this time of year, we frequently get a weather system called,
“Anti-Cyclonic Gloom ”

This is where the weather is just GREY!
Not Hot; Not Wet, Not Cold! Just GREY

Networking the wrong way!

Are you into networking?

You know, making friends with strangers and exploring how or if
you can become friends or help each other in some way, especially with your business.

There are no hard and fast rules to networking but there are a few things you must avoid!

Here are a couple of examples:

To help you avoid messing up the complex brain surgery that is networking, here are a few tips:

Never start a conversation with, “What do you do?”

By all means ask this question further into the conversation rather than your opening.
It polarizes people into categorizes too quickly and can kill the conversation stone dead or
worse, it may invite the other person to start pitching to you.
It’s best to ask some general small talk questions

When you are networking, just because someone isn’t in your main target market,
doesn’t mean they don’t know people who are.  By exploring what other events they go to,
where their network is strong, what kind of clients they deal with and who they have around them,
you begin to see them as someone who could open new doors for you.

Only ever use job titles when you want to soothe your ego and get nothing out of the meeting.
People are actually more interested in what you do than who you are.

It might sound grand being a consultant, lawyer or accountant, but it’s the difference that you make that counts.

Good networking isn’t rocket science but it does take a little thought!

This is Not Manipulation, It Is Just Great Fun

Always Make it Fun!

If you want to change peoples behaviour, there are a number of different approaches to take.

You must never try to manipulate people because they will eventually see right through your tactics.

The methods used by most people are the “carrot” and “Stick” methods also known as “bully and bribe”

If you try to bully them by yelling and screaming, this may work for a short time but it is no good for you or them in the long run because you just build resentment.

Another approach would be to bribe them.  Again, this is only a short term measure because once the value of the bribe runs out, you must continue to offer more and more.

By far the best way to alter anyones behavour is to make the changes fun.

How Long Can You Live, With Your Attitude?

About every four or five weeks, I take an active role in motivational meetings that are usually held in central London. The meetings are great but so are the journeys, a couple of hours train ride in the morning and then again in the evening. That enforced rest for two hours at a time is usually spent reading inspirational books or networking with travelling companions.
It was different many years ago when I had to commute to a job; my attitude to those Read the rest of this entry
